Medela's New Distibution Policy, 1/1/2005
On January 1, 2005, Medela implemented a new policy that prevents most authorized retailers from listing a price for or selling Pump In Style breastpumps on the internet. As a result, you will not be able to order a Medela Pump In Style breastpump online, but you may still place your order via telephone or fax. To obtain our prices and ordering instructions, please fill out the form below and click on the "Request Price Quote" button.

Self Expressions has been an Authorized Medela Dealer for more than 10 years (since January 1, 1995). To confirm our status as an authorized Medela Dealer, please visit Medela's "Dealer Locator" website, and type in our zip code, which is 32579. You will see Self Expressions at the top of the list, along with a link to our website.

Excerpts from the text of Medela's new Distribution Policy are copied below:

Regarding Internet Sales: In order to maintain Medela's premium brand image, effective January 1, 2005, Medela has unilaterally adopted the policy that it will not conduct business with anyone who resells or lists a price for Pump In Style® Original models #57040 and #57042 on the Internet. Effective February 1, 2005, this Policy will include all Pump In Style models.

Medela's distribution Policy applies to all Medela customers, except that, a select group of Medela dealers will not be included in the Internet Sales portion of this policy.
