Shipping Rates (within the 48 Contiguous United States) are based on the dollar value of your order as follows:

$0.00 to $50.00 - Shipping fee = $9.00
$50.01 TO 100.00 - Shipping fee = $10.00
$100.01 to $149.99 - Shipping fee = $11.00
$150.00 and over - Shipping is FREE!
2nd Day Air - $25.00

UPS 2nd Day Air can be added to any U.S. order for $25.00.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Orders - Lightweight orders can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail for the same prices published above. If your order is heavy or oversized and it will cost us significantly more than the prices published above to ship your order, we will contact you with a revised shipping quote before proceeding with your order.

International Orders (outside the US): For complete details about International Orders, be sure to visit our International Orders page. Most orders shipped to any address outside the US are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $50.00 via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please note that we might not be able to ship your package to your country for $50. Some countries cost more for shipping, and heavier or oversize packages cost more to ship. If we find that it will cost us signifcantly more than $50 to ship your order, we will send you an e-mail with a revised shipping quote, and we will not process your order until you have approved the actual shipping cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders received by 7:30 pm Central Time each day are processed that same evening and shipped the very NEXT business day. For example:
Orders received between 7:30pm Sunday and 7:30pm on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders received between 7:30pm Monday and 7:30pm on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday.
Orders received between 7:30pm Tuesday and 7:30pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday.
Orders received between 7:30pm Wednesday and 7:30pm on Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
Orders received between 7:30pm Thursday and 7:30pm on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Standard orders are shipped via UPS ground and will usually arrive at their destination anywhere in the Continental US between one to six business days from the day they are shipped, depending on where you are located. Orders with 2 Day Air shipping are shipped the next business day and then delivered 2 business days following the ship date. (For example, if you order 2 Day Air shipping on Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday, and delivered on Thursday.) Orders shipped via UPS "3 Day Select" are shipped out the following business day and delivered 3 business days following the ship date. (For example, if you place an order on a Tuesday with 3 Day Select shipping, the order will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered 3 business days later, on the following Monday.)

UPS Ground Orders going to the Southeastern portion of the US are delivered in one to two business days FOLLOWING the shipment date and orders going to the extreme West Coast are delivered in five to six business days (seven to ten calendar days) after shipment. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days. (For example, a 2nd Day Air order placed on Thursday will be shipped on Friday, and delivered on Tuesday.) For a general idea of how long it will take to receive an order shipped via UPS Ground, you may refer to the map above. Areas shaded in red are the one-day zone, areas shaded in blue are in the two-day zone for ground shipments. The orange shaded areas are the three-day zone, and the green shaded areas are in the four-day zone. The extreme Western states (shaded in Purple and Yellow) are in the five to six business day zone for UPS Ground shipments. If you live on the West coast, it could take 7 to 10 calendar days to receive your order via UPS Ground. To perform a more precise calculation of the normal time in transit for a UPS ground order, visit the UPS website's Time in Transit Calculator, and perform the following five steps:

1. Enter 32548 for the "origin" zip code.
2. Change the "Shipped on" date to the next business day (for example if today is Monday the 17th, change the "Shipped on" date to Tuesday, the 18th. If today is Friday the 20th, change the "Shipped on" date to Monday, the 23d, since UPS does not ship packages on weekends or holidays.)
3. Enter your own zip code in the box labeled "Postal Code" under "Destination".
4. Click on "Calculate".
5. View the results for "UPS Ground".

If you need faster delivery on any item, UPS second day air is available for $25.00 You will be given the opportunity to add 2nd Day Air for $25.00 during the shopping cart checkout process.

IMPORTANT: ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Please also provide us with the customer service telephone number that is printed on your credit card so that we may call the bank to confirm that both the billing and the shipping addresses are listed as authorized addresses for that credit card account. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order. If we are unable to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This is for your protection as a consumer as well as our protection as a merchant. If you do not wish to register the alternate address with your credit card company, the other alternative would be for us to ship the order to your verified/confirmed billing address (we will only modify the order to ship to your billing address if you ask us to.)

DO YOU SHIP TO APO AND FPO ADDRESSES?
We do ship orders to APO/FPO addresses, but we are not able to guarantee that these orders will be shipped the very next business day. Because we are not able to ship these orders via UPS, they require special handling (hand-written customs forms) and a special trip to the Post Office. We do go to the Post Office at least once per week, so the maximum time it will take for us to ship your order would be one week. We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail for the same prices as standard orders within the US (Shipping Prices are listed at the top of this page). During the checkout process, select "UPS Ground Residential" and we will change the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail when we ship your order.
Lightweight orders can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail for the same prices published above. If your order is heavy or oversized and it will cost us significantly more than the prices published above to ship your order, we will contact you with a revised shipping quote before proceeding with your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

This first paragraph contains our general return policy. If you are purchasing a breastpump or nursing bra, continue scrolling down the page after reading this first paragraph to review additional return policies that apply to breastpumps or nursing bras.

Self Expressions will gladly refund the purchase price of any item, minus shipping (EXCLUDING personal use items such as breastpumps, breastpump parts, breastfeeding devices, and nursing bras) as long as the item is returned within 30 days in UNOPENED AND UNUSED condition. Replacement parts are NOT returnable for refund, due to their personal nature. Items marked as "Clearance - All Sales are Final" are not returnable for refund or exchange. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping with your original order, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund. We MUST receive the returned/exchanged item within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Any item received after 30 days from the date on the invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for items returned to us more than 60 days past the date on the invoice!!! Include a copy of your sales receipt, along with your credit card number and expiration date with any item returned for a refund. Contact Self Expressions via e-mail or telephone to arrange the approval of your return and obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number to write on the outside of the package so we will recognize it as an approved return. Packages received back here without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

BREASTPUMP RETURN POLICY:
Breastpumps can only be returned if they are unused and unopened - all inner and outer packaging must still be intact. Due to their personal nature, breastpumps which have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective (and defective breastpumps must be returned directly to the manufacturer). See the paragraph on warranty claims below for information on how to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim on a Medela or Ameda breastpump. If you are returning an unopened, unused breastpump for a refund, we will deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price (if the returned product is received within 30 days of the order date). If the returned breastpump is received later than 30 days from the order date, the restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price. We will not issue refunds for items received more than 60 days past the date on the invoice!! If you received free shipping with your order, we will also deduct $15.00 to $35.00 from your refund to cover our costs of shipping the breastpump to you. (Our cost for UPS ground shipping is usually approximately $15.00 and our cost for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is usually $30.00 to $35.00). Return of any breast pump or breastfeeding supplies constitutes agreement to these terms. If a breast pump is returned in an opened box, no refund will be issued, and the pump will be returned at your expense.

PERSONALIZED ITEM RETURN POLICY:
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

If you have received an item as a gift and there is a problem with an item please call us and be prepared to give us the order number that was included with your packing slip. This enables us to identify your order. Personalized Gift order returns will receive store credit or an exchange for the same item.

NURSING BRA RETURN POLICY:
Bras are returnable for an exchange or refund (minus shipping) as long as they have not been washed or worn (no longer than needed to check fit) and are in the original packaging (undamaged by scissors), and as long as we receive the returned bra within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Bras returned for a refund after the 30 day period has expired will have a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund. As stated previously, no refunds will be issued for products that are received at Self Expressions after 60 days from the date on the invoice!
BRAS MARKED AS "CLEARANCE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL" ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE! Do not order a clearance bra unless you are absolutely sure of your size or you are willing to keep the bra even if it does not fit.

To remove the nursing bra from its packaging to try it on, DO NOT CUT THE PACKAGE WITH SCISSORS. Simply turn the package face down and peel open the adhesive flap to unseal the package without damaging the "clothes hanger" function.
Bras damaged from being laundered separately in a washing machine will NOT be accepted for return. If you need to return your bra for a refund, or exchange for another size, and it has not been washed, worn, or damaged, return it to the following address:

If you choose to exchange your bra(s), we will bill your credit card for UPS shipping of the new size(s) to you, at a cost of $6.00. Please provide your credit card number, expiration date, name on card, and billing address if you would like to exchange your bra for another size or style.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If you change your mind about the order and refuse the package when UPS attempts to deliver it to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees back to our facility. You will also be responsible for return shipping if the package is returned to us as undeliverable by UPS (due to an incorrect shipping address or due to no one being available to sign for the package when UPS attempts to deliver it.) We do not always require a signature for all orders, but it is up to the discretion of your local UPS driver whether or not he or she feels it is safe to leave the package on your doorstep if no one is home. We cannot force UPS to leave the package without a signature if UPS feels the package is at risk of being stolen. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before they ship the package back to us. If you are never home and UPS will not release the package without a signature, you can call UPS and ask them to "hold the package for pickup" at your local UPS center. You will have this option once you have received the first attempted delivery notice from UPS. UPS now charges return freight for all refused or undeliverable packages, and we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund once we receive the shipment back at our warehouse.

Be sure to check your address CAREFULLY when you place the order. UPS charges us an address correction fee of $10.00 for all Ground packages and $11.00 for all Air packages, including 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select. If you make a mistake on your address and UPS has to correct it, these address correction fees will be passed on to you and charged to your credit card.

WHAT IF I HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM ON A MEDELA BREASTPUMP?
Medela stands behind their products. If you have a warranty claim on your Medela breastpump, please contact the manufacturer directly at their customer service toll free number, 1-800-435-8316 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Central time Monday through Friday. Medela will require proof of date of purchase, so please keep your receipt.


WHAT IF I HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM ON AN AMEDA (HOLLISTER) PURELY YOURS BREASTPUMP?
Hollister Incorporated warrants the Purely Yours for a period of one year on the pump mechanism and 90 days on all other components. If you have a warranty claim on your Purely Yours breastpump, please contact the manufacturer directly at their customer service toll free number, 1-800-323-4060, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time Monday through Friday. Hollister will require proof of date of purchase, so please keep your receipt.
